You’re invited to “BodyReset” — a movement class led by director and professional choreographer Anna Karpukhina.
This isn’t fitness, yoga, or “proper” dance.
It’s two hours of movement to shake things up, finally exhale, and feel alive.
We’ll explore simple exercises and a bit of improvisation — solo, with a partner, and in a group. You’ll feel your body wake up and your energy return.
No experience needed. Just bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and a curious spirit.
