No skills required—just show up.

— Gentle exercises to loosen up (no pressure, no judgment)
— Light improvisation: solo, with a partner, and in a group
— Lots of laughter, a touch of weirdness—and that feeling of being truly alive again
— A soft, safe space where you can be real, and maybe even discover something new
