You’re invited to “BodyReset” — a movement class led by director and professional choreographer Anna Karpukhina.

This isn’t fitness, yoga, or “proper” dance. It’s two hours of movement to shake things up, finally exhale, and feel alive.

We’ll explore simple exercises and a bit of improvisation — solo, with a partner, and in a group. You’ll feel your body wake up and your energy return.

No experience needed. Just bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and a curious spirit.

This creative lab is a three-part course where we explore the body, movement, and imagination. You’ll engage in body-based exploration, improvisation, partnering - creating “living canvases” where paintings come alive through your movement.

This updated version features period-inspired costumes, engaging choreography, and music that sets the tone for Chekhov's timeless humor and wit. With only two shows in Redmond before we head to our tour in Houston, this is a rare opportunity to experience an evening full of laughter, warmth, and cultural enrichment.
